How do we start collaborating with you?
First, fill out the collaboration form so we can collect your details. After that, we’ll schedule a short discussion via Google Meet to walk through the process, answer your questions, and provide you with the pricing guide. If you prefer, the pricing guide can also be sent ahead of time via email.
How can I include this service for my clients?
You can offer our wedding website invitation service either as part of your bundle package or as an add-on service. This gives you flexibility in how you present it to your clients.
Will there be a contract?
Yes, we will provide a collaboration contract. This includes an agreement that we may use the final output for our website, portfolio, and promotions. If your client does not want their wedding featured, please inform us ahead of time.
How does the pricing work?
We will give you a pricing guide. You’re free to add a markup that you feel suits your clients.
What is the payment process?
A 50% down payment is required to save your client’s slot or before we start the project. The remaining 50% balance is due after final approval, before we provide the live website link.
What payment methods are available?
We accept payments via BPI, BDO, GCash (local) and Wise or PayPal (international). Any transfer fees will be shouldered by the client.
What is the timeline for building the website?
The website can be completed in as fast as 3 days once we receive the signed contract, initial payment, details, and photos. To avoid delays, we ask that you provide all finalized wedding details at least 7 days before your client’s planned launch date.
What if there are changes to the wedding details?
Please try to finalize all details before sending them to us. If changes are unavoidable, let us know right away. This helps us avoid unnecessary back-and-forth.
Will I get to review the website before my client sees it?
Yes. Once the website is built, we’ll send you a preview link to review. If revisions are requested, we can complete them within 24 hours. After approval and settlement of the remaining balance, we’ll provide the final live link.
Do you provide tools for managing RSVPs?
Yes. If the chosen package includes RSVP functionality, we will provide a Google spreadsheet where your client’s guest responses will be automatically recorded.
